Our Mission

The Health Store aims to be professional in the way it works,
approachable to everyone with an interest in health food,
and ethical in the foods that it sells and the contracts that it enters into

 

THS Ethos

The Health Store is owned by Health and Wholefood Retailers whose guiding principles encompass: -

bulletThe encouragement and promotion of better nutrition and good health.
bulletThe consumption of lacto-vegetarian and organic foods, food supplements and natural medicines. 
bulletCatering for those with particular dietary requirements. 
bulletThe sale of cruelty-free products such as Homecare and Bodycare.
bulletStaff training and development.
bulletThat the overall ambience and presentation of members' shops reflects these guiding principles.

Members certify annually that they continue to maintain these principles. Amendments to these principles can only be made by Special Resolution of the Society.
